Why TravelHighlights exists
Inspiration is the beginning. Good decisions turn it into a trip.
Travel ideas are easy to find. It is harder to understand which places work well together, how much time a route actually needs, and what to consider for budgets, transport or accommodation.
TravelHighlights grew from that need. While planning family trips across Europe – from Sicily and Tuscany to the Dolomites and beyond – saved places gradually became structured routes and practical planning notes.
Today, TravelHighlights is a growing collection of editorially selected destinations, road trips and guides. The aim is not to list as many places as possible, but to help travellers set priorities and plan realistically.
